These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the 44bat platform, including cricket betting, live casino, slots, and all related services. Please read this document carefully before creating an account or placing any wager.

Account Security

One Account Per Person
Each player may hold only one registered account on 44bat. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure without notice.

01 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 44bat platform — including the website at 44bat.app, any associated mobile-optimised web application, or any service delivered through those channels — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account and must not use any product or service offered by 44bat. Your continued use of the platform following any published update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.
These Terms apply to all users of the 44bat platform regardless of the device, browser, or network connection used to access the service. They apply equally to users accessing 44bat from Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, Cox's Bazar, and all other locations from which the platform is accessible.
02 Eligibility & Age Restriction
To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on 44bat, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your account:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You are accessing the platform as an individual acting in a personal capacity, not as a representative of a business or corporate entity.
- You are not prohibited from participating in online betting or casino activities under any applicable law or regulation in your country of residence or location at the time of access.
- You have not previously had an account on 44bat suspended, restricted, or permanently closed for any breach of these Terms.
- You are not acting on behalf of, or depositing funds sourced from, any third party.
- You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
44bat reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within a reasonable period of request will result in account access being suspended pending resolution. Verification requirements may include a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate, together with a mobile banking statement confirming the registered payment method belongs to the account holder.
Minor Protection
44bat takes the protection of minors extremely seriously. We employ technical controls to detect accounts that may have been created by individuals below the minimum age threshold. Any account found to be operated by or on behalf of a minor will be closed permanently, any winnings will be voided, and the deposited funds will be returned to the payment method of origin after a compliance review. We urge all registered users who share devices with younger family members to use the platform's session lock features and to keep login credentials confidential at all times.
03 Account Registration & Security
Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 44bat platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identity details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 44bat reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any outstanding bets or bonuses, and retain any balance pending a fraud investigation.
Registration Requirements
To register an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including:
- A valid Bangladesh mobile phone number capable of receiving OTP verification.
- A unique password of sufficient complexity as defined by the registration form.
- Date of birth confirming you are aged 18 or above.
- A valid mobile wallet number (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) registered in your own name for the purpose of deposits and withdrawals.
You warrant that all information provided during registration and throughout your account relationship with 44bat is truthful and accurate. Providing false or misleading information at any stage constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
Account Security Obligations
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. 44bat will never ask you for your password via any communication channel, including live chat, email, SMS, or social media. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility until you have formally notified 44bat of a suspected breach of security.
44bat implements 256-bit TLS encryption across all pages and uses hashed credential storage. Despite these measures, no internet-based platform can guarantee absolute security against all threats. By using 44bat, you acknowledge and accept the residual risks inherent in internet-based communications.
04 Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on 44bat — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus credits — are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT, ৳). 44bat does not accept or process foreign currency transactions. The following rules apply to all account funding and withdrawal operations.
Deposits
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
- Accepted deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (DBBL), Upay, and bank transfer via BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank.
- Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the same name as the 44bat account. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances.
- 44bat does not charge a processing fee on standard deposits. Mobile wallet operators may apply their own transfer fees, which are outside 44bat's control.
- Funds deposited via mobile wallet are credited to the 44bat account balance within minutes. Bank transfer processing times are subject to the sending bank's schedule and may take longer.
Withdrawals
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
- Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method and registered account used for the most recent deposit. 44bat does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, alternative wallets not registered to the account holder, or bank accounts not verified under the player's identity.
- Withdrawal processing times: under 15 minutes for Silver VIP tier and above; standard processing within 24 hours for Bronze tier accounts.
- 44bat reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal exceeding ৳50,000.
- Withdrawal requests submitted during a balance dispute, ongoing fraud investigation, or active self-exclusion period will be placed on hold pending resolution.
Chargebacks & Reversals
Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with a mobile wallet provider in relation to a 44bat deposit is a serious breach of these Terms. Where a chargeback is initiated, 44bat reserves the right to immediately suspend the associated account, void all pending bets, forfeit any bonus balances, and pursue recovery of the disputed amount through available legal channels.
05 Betting & Gaming Rules
The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on 44bat, including sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, and all other markets), live casino games, and slots and RNG games. Product-specific rules may supplement these general provisions and are published within the relevant product lobby section of the platform.
Bet Acceptance
A bet is considered accepted and binding only when it has been confirmed by the 44bat system with a unique bet reference number. Until that confirmation is received, no bet has been placed. In the event of a system error or network interruption during bet placement, the bet is void if no confirmation reference has been issued.
Odds & Markets
All odds displayed on the 44bat platform are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. In-play odds on cricket and sports markets are updated in real time. 44bat reserves the right to suspend any market at its discretion, including where a match situation changes significantly mid-event or where the integrity of a market is in doubt.
Where an obvious pricing error has occurred — for example, where odds are manifestly inconsistent with market rates at the time of bet placement — 44bat reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the stake to the player's account balance. This right is exercised sparingly and only in clear-cut cases of system or data feed error.
Casino & Slots Games
All casino and slots games available on 44bat are supplied by certified third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Each game operates using a certified random number generator (RNG) that has been independently verified for fairness. 44bat does not influence game outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are determined by the game provider and are published within the game information panel.
Disputed Outcomes
If you believe a bet result or casino game outcome is incorrect, you must raise a formal dispute with the 44bat support team within 72 hours of the relevant event result being settled on the platform. Disputes raised after this window will not be investigated. All dispute decisions made by 44bat following a full review are final.
06 Bonuses & Promotions
From time to time, 44bat offers promotional bonuses, free bets, deposit match offers, cashback schemes, and loyalty rewards to eligible registered players. All promotions are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer. The following general bonus rules apply across all 44bat promotions unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise.
- Bonuses are available to players who have completed full account registration and, where applicable, identity verification.
- Each promotion is intended for one account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device. Creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once is considered bonus abuse and will result in all accounts being closed.
- Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any portion of a bonus balance (or winnings derived from a bonus balance) can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion's individual terms page.
- 44bat reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that bets already placed under a confirmed promotion offer will be honoured.
- Winnings resulting from bets placed with bonus funds are limited to the maximum withdrawal cap stated in the relevant promotion terms, unless no cap is specified.
- Promotional offers may be targeted to specific player segments, VIP tiers, or geographic locations within Bangladesh. Not all promotions are available to all players simultaneously.
07 Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 44bat platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, forfeiture of balances and pending winnings, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities.
- Underage gambling — Accessing or attempting to access the platform while under the age of 18.
- Multiple accounts — Registering or operating more than one account for any purpose, including bonus farming.
- Identity fraud — Providing false personal information, impersonating another individual, or using forged documentation during verification.
- Third-party play — Using funds belonging to, or playing on behalf of, another individual without 44bat's express written consent.
- Collusion — Coordinating with other players to fix outcomes in live casino games, poker, or any other game format on the platform.
- Arbitrage and matched betting abuse — Exploiting promotional offers or odds discrepancies in a systematic manner inconsistent with normal recreational wagering behaviour.
- Money laundering — Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using the platform to layer, place, or integrate illicit funds.
- Technical exploitation — Using bots, scripts, automated tools, exploits, or any other software or technical means to gain an unfair advantage on the platform.
- Chargebacks — Fraudulently initiating payment reversals with mobile wallet providers in relation to 44bat deposits.
- Platform interference — Attempting to disrupt, reverse engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the 44bat platform.
44bat monitors accounts and betting patterns on an ongoing basis. Where prohibited conduct is detected — whether through automated systems or manual review — 44bat will act immediately to protect the integrity of the platform and the interests of all legitimate players.
08 Account Suspension & Closure
44bat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its reasonable discretion. Circumstances that may trigger suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
- A valid self-exclusion request made by the account holder.
- A third-party responsible gaming referral from a family member or recognised support organisation.
- Regulatory or legal obligation requiring 44bat to restrict or close the account.
Voluntary Account Closure
Any registered player may request voluntary closure of their 44bat account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived solely from bonus play pending wagering completion) will be returned to the registered payment method within five business days, subject to completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements.
Effect of Closure
Upon account closure — whether voluntary or enforced — all accumulated VIP points, unreleased bonus balances, and pending promotional rewards are forfeited. Winnings from bets placed before the closure decision that are subsequently settled will be credited to the account and processed for withdrawal in line with standard withdrawal procedures, unless the closure was triggered by a finding of fraud or Terms breach, in which case all balances may be forfeited pending investigation.
09 Responsible Gaming
44bat is committed to providing a safe, controlled betting environment for all adults who choose to use the platform. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players directly within their account dashboard — no support request is required to activate any of these controls.
- Deposit limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately and require a 24-hour cooling-off period before they can be increased.
- Loss limits — Define the maximum amount you are prepared to lose over a given time period. Once the limit is reached, further wagering is suspended until the limit period resets.

10 Intellectual Property
All content on the 44bat platform — including but not limited to the 44bat brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, data, software code, user interface layouts, and compiled game content delivered via third-party providers — is the property of 44bat or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 44bat platform for personal, recreational betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any part of the 44bat platform or its content for any commercial purpose.
- Create derivative works based on any 44bat content without express written permission.
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform using automated tools.
- Use the 44bat brand name, logo, or any associated marks in any context without prior written authorisation.
Third-party game content displayed on the 44bat platform — including game titles, studio names, and associated graphics — remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers (Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and others). Use of those materials outside the 44bat platform environment is governed by those providers' own terms.
11 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 44bat's aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your account, or your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall be limited to the total amount deposited by you into your 44bat account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
44bat shall not be liable for any of the following categories of loss, even if advised of their possibility:
- Loss of profits, anticipated savings, or business opportunity.
- Indirect or consequential losses of any kind.
- Loss of data or corruption of data on your device.
- Service interruption caused by factors outside 44bat's reasonable control, including network outages, mobile operator downtime, or third-party payment processor delays.
- Loss arising from your failure to comply with account security obligations as set out in Section 03 of these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law. By using the 44bat platform, you acknowledge that online betting and gaming carry inherent financial risk and that 44bat's services are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
12 Amendments to Terms
44bat reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 44bat will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Where the changes are significant, 44bat may also notify registered players via a platform notification at next login.
Your continued use of the 44bat platform after the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 08.
